As the world around us continues to shift and change in profound ways, there’s never been a more important time for women to step fully into who they are, as women and as leaders in their workplaces and communities.
This is especially true in industries like construction, where women - and women’s leadership - are vastly underrepresented.

Facilitating and guiding small groups of women through Digging Deep: A Leadership Discovery Experience for Women in Construction. Digging Deep is a unique learning opportunity for women in construction who want to lead as women - and who want to be in the company of other women who are seeking to do the same.
